How many bundles do I need?
For lengths 10"–18", 3 bundles is usually enough for a full look. For 20" and longer, we recommend 3–4 bundles. Adding a closure or frontal? Go with 3.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our virgin hair can be coloured, bleached and heat-styled. We recommend a professional colourist for blonde shades.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair lasts 1 year or longer. Use sulfate-free shampoo, deep condition and always sleep with a silk scarf or bonnet.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Unopened hair in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened, installed or altered hair can't be returned.
